Ingredients

1/2 lb Shrimp - Tail-on, deveined, frozen

4 Strips Fresh Ginger

4 Cloves Minced Garlic

1-2 Dried Red Chili Peppers

1 Serrano Pepper - Cut in half

3-4 Bok Choy - Chopped
-
1-2 Cups Spinach
-
1/2 Block Medium Firm Tofu
-
1 1/2 T Gochujang - Red Chili Bean Paste
-
2T Sesame Oil (save 1/2 for garnish)

1/2 T Turmeric
-
1-2 T Chicken Boullion
-
1-2 tsp White Pepper
-
1-2 tsp Salt (taste before adding)

1/2 T Garlic Powder
-
6 Cups Water
-
2-3 tsp Basil
-
1 T Soy Sauce
-
Wonton Dumplings (optional)

Green Onion (garnish)
Directions
Heat pot over medium and add cooking oil
Add frozen shrimp to the hot oil and cook for ~6 minutes. (Shrimp will still be frozen, so we just want to add color to both sides)
Add minced garlic, sliced ginger, dried red chili peppers, serrano pepper.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium-low.
Pour in 6 cups of water and add in remaining ingredients. (taste broth prior to adding salt - it may not be needed)
Cook ~15-20 minutes.
Add remaining sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
Serve & Enjoy!
